Do I need to be Buddhist?
Not at all. Our community welcomes people of all faiths and of none. The practice of mindfulness is for everyone.
Do I need meditation experience?
No experience is needed. Every session includes gentle guidance, and there is always someone to welcome you and answer questions.
Can I sit on a chair?
Yes. You are welcome to sit on a chair, a cushion, or a bench — whatever allows your body to be comfortable and at ease.
How do I join online?
For online sessions, a meeting link is shared after you register or sign up. You can join from a phone or computer in a quiet space.
Is there a fee?
Our gatherings are offered in the spirit of dana (generosity). They are free to attend, and voluntary donations help sustain the community.
