About us

A community sanctuary of stillness in a frantic world.

We are a community practicing mindfulness, joy, and peace in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

A quiet path through the forest
Our aspiration

Building a Sangha of Harmony

Our deepest aspiration is to cultivate a sangha — a beloved community — where people from all walks of life can stop, breathe, and remember that peace is possible in every moment, wherever we gather.

We aim to be a living refuge where the teachings of mindfulness are practiced together, where everyone is welcome, and where the practice supports us in caring for our families, our communities, and the earth.

Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh

We practice in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh — known affectionately as “Thay” (teacher). A Vietnamese Buddhist monk, poet, and peace activist, Thay devoted his life to the art of mindful living and to building communities of mindful practice around the world.

Through gentle teachings on conscious breathing, walking meditation, and deep listening, he showed that peace is available in every step. His spirit of engaged, compassionate practice continues to guide our sangha here in the Philippines.

Because you are alive, everything is possible.
