Our community

A practice rooted in our community.

We are a community of practitioners in the Philippines inspired by the Plum Village tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Together, we cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and deep listening through regular practice and friendship. Whether we meet in person or online, our sangha offers a space to pause, breathe, and support one another in living with more peace and awareness.
